Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks with temperature control
Aging: French Oak barrels for 30 months
Intense fruit accompanied by woody and spicy notes. Ripe red fruit, currant, blueberries, plums, tobacco, roasted coffee, pepper and cloves. Good balance between acidity and tannicity, aftertaste confirms smoked and fruit notes.
Blend: 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Grenache, 20% Carignan, 20% Tempranillo
